The Akira katana style saber is designed for those wanting the saber carried by the nameless samurai from the Visions episode dedicated to Akira Kurosawa the famous Japanese Cinema genius. Straight from the screen to your hand, featuring a ito wrapped hilt with a flat black blade the Akira is a major step forward in custom saber builds. We use T6 aluminum for the body paired with screen accurate detailing on the hilt for those wanting as close a replica as possible. A TXQ core powers the heart of this saber in Baselit and Neopixel config.
- Our NeoPixel core is powered by a TXQ SNV4 or Proffie board and, features a fully customizable sd card for fonts and sound effects. Our core comes pre-programmed with FOC, Blaster effects, motion controls, tip drag and smooth swing. The TXQ cores are also bluetooth enabled for custom sounds fonts and settings.
