About Us
Aegis Sabers was born from the need for an affordable, quality saber. Our mission is for the everyday fan, who can’t afford to spend 100s, to own one of the most famous weapons in science fiction history.
I (Luke) created Aegis Sabers in January of 2020, and since then have been able to make this company my full time job, thanks to the loyalty of Star Wars fans world wide.
My wife Rebecca came into my life in 2021, and has helped me to move Aegis Sabers into the local community. She has become an irreplacebale partner in mangaging the workload of building and shipping lightsabers to all of our loyal customers.
Our Process
Research
First, I look for a classic Hilt that sparks my interest from the EU (Expanded Universe) as well as the Lucas Arts games. I then see if there is interest from the community (you guys) for a production run of the saber.
Concept
I move to the production phase were I work with my machine shops to get a sample made of the newest design.
Production
I have the saber hilts made and we source quality electronics to place within our hilts. I use DarkWolf chassis and Boards that come equipped with preset sound fonts, Eco smooth swing, and RGB LEDs.
All of our saber hilts are machined from T6 billet aluminum to preserve the inegral strength of the metal.
Service
All sabers come with our 1 year parts and labor warranty. This covers any failure due to factory defects. I stand by all sabers and parts sold, and promise to provide fast and effiecent shipping, as well as after sales service.

- We are currently in contract with Nexus Sabers formerly LGT to produce select designs and sell dirrect to the general public
