General questions
Where do you ship from? Our main shop is located in Utah, however, we stock products overseas as well with our Partner Nexus. We also stock and ship from our warehouse in California as well.
Do you take custom orders? We do runs or a set number of sabers from each of our most popular designs to keep costs down. Because of this we cant make individual one off saber creations.
How long does shipping take? Depending on location it can take 7 days for standard orders and up to 3 weeks during the busy season.
Do we accept review requests exchange for a sample? Yes, we do. We only require you provide us with proof of your platform of choice and follower counts.
are we affiliated with Nexus sabers formerly LGT? We are in contract with Nexus as an authorized distributor and partner.
Returns and refunds
- We honor returns within 7 days of delivery, however we do not cover return shipping.
- We cannot refund an order while it is in transit. If you decide to return a product it must be done after recieving it.
- We do not accept returns after 7 days, however you will be covered against defects for a period of 1 year from order date.
- Full refunds will be issued once the saber or product has been returned safely and all items orginally shipped are present and accounted for. If there is damage a restocking fee will be applied appropriate to the damage.
