Where do you ship from?
Our main shop is located in Utah, however, we stock products in two warehouses one in the USA and one overseas.
Do you take custom orders?
We sometimes will make a new saber in a small batch if I feel there is interest but we are simply too small of an operation to make one off custom sabers at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on location it can take 7-10 days for standard orders. Our standard shipping time frame is 7-14 days from the ship date.
are you in influencer?
We would love to work with you in exchange for a saber, all we ask is that you are fair and treat our sabers with honesty.
are we affiliated with Nexus sabers formerly LGT? and or TXQ ?
I have worked with both companies for 5 years, and trust both as vendors of quality sabers with excellent after sales support.
Returns and refunds
- We honor returns within 7 days of delivery, however we do not cover return shipping.
- We cannot refund an order while it is in transit. If you decide to return a product it must be done after receiving it.
- We do not accept returns after 7 days, however you will be covered against defects for a period of 1 year from order date.
- Full refunds will be issued once the saber or product has been returned safely and all items orginaly shipped are present and accounted for. If there is damage and or missing parts, a restocking fee will be applied in the amount of 20% of the purchase price.
