About Us
Greetings ! My name is Luke, yes insert joke here. I created Aegis Sabers after many years of building PVC and modifying toy lightsabers as a boy and building cobbled together sabers from MHS parts and lusting after custom builds on the customsaber forum.
I created Aegis Sabers in January of 2020, after losing my job to covid restrictions and it has changed my life.
My wife Rebecca came into my life in 2021, and has helped me to make Aegis Sabers what it is today. She has become an irreplaceable partner in managing the workload of running the day to day inventory and our trade shows.
Our Process
How we pick our sabers
First, I look for a classic Hilt that sparks my interest from the EU (Expanded Universe) or classic pre Disney films as well as the Lucas Arts games.

I then look to see if there is a version that meets my standards from one of my two main vendors either TXQ or Nexus
Trade show/ Online
Sometimes we decide to make certain sabers trade show exclusives to bring people to our shows. This is done for two reasons. One, we are able to sell at a more affordable price in person and 2, we get to meet you!
Service
No matter where you buy from us, either in person at our shows or online you get the same service from me and my wife. We care about every sale we make and we care about the connection we make with every customer.
Current Partners
- We are currently in contract with Nexus Sabers formerly LGT to produce select designs and sell dirrect to the general public
- We also OEM our own designs and chassis for select sabers
- We source electronics from both Nexus and TXQ as well as our own in house options
